What information is collected?
The training enquiry form asks for a contact name, email address, phone number, course, participant numbers, training location, preferred timing and any message you choose to include. A business or organisation name is optional.
Please do not include sensitive personal, medical or employee information in the free-text message.
How is the information used?
The information is used to take steps at your request before a possible booking: responding to your enquiry, discussing course suitability, preparing a quotation and arranging requested training. Where a booking proceeds, relevant information may also be kept for appropriate business records and legal obligations.
The required checkbox confirms that you have read this notice; it is not consent to marketing. Your information is not added to a marketing list by this website form.
Storage and sharing
The enquiry form sends the details by email and does not save a copy in the WordPress website database. Email systems, website hosting systems and their security logs may process limited information in order to deliver and protect the service.
Information is not sold. It is shared only where needed to provide the requested service, operate the website or meet a legal obligation. Enquiry and booking records should be retained only for as long as reasonably required for those purposes.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your information, and to object to certain processing. Contact Sheila using the details above to make a request or ask a question.
You also have the right to raise a concern with Ireland's Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
